Dealing with despatch, after-sales care and refunds. Packaging and posting sold items. Skills and experience: Commitment to Oxfam’s values of empowerment, accountability and inclusiveness. Good organisational and communications skills. Ability to work under own initiative with accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Basic IT knowledge and willingness to learn new software.
